inconsistent service and room for improvement
the location is certainly convenient and close to many attractions.
I must report that my check-in process was not smooth. i found it unnecessary and a bit humiliating as another couple checking in at the same time did not encountered the same request.

Really good Experience!
warm greeting lovely welcome comfortable apartment nice stay
The doorman greeted us warmly upon arrival. Jo and Sam at the desk provided a lovely welcome. Their attentiveness. Our apartment was immaculate and well-styled.. it was comfortable. Staff members are the best.
The hotel did not offer much support during check in when it came to the elevator situation and how to best get to our room. While the location is amazing, this was a significant point of frustration.

Staff members are very helpful and considerate. The concierge assisted with dinner options. They also efficiently managed our luggage needs, offering storage while we explored the surroundings.

The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. A lovely bar is located upstairs. The hotel offers convenient proximity to Waverly station for rail travel and nearby shopping areas.

The location offers direct access to the tram right outside the building. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. This proximity enhances the overall convenience for exploring the city.

Breakfast provided a good quality selection, though the variety seemed somewhat limited. The Register Club served excellent cocktails in the evening. The barman created great cocktails and conversation.

friendly staff perfect location useful dryer
The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect with easy access to transportation. The in-room washer and dryer was useful after weeks of travel. The bed proved super comfy.

A Heartfelt Stay
great shower central location friendly personality spacious room
The shower was really great. The location was also a real plus. Staff members had such friendly personalities. The rooms felt very spacious indeed.

The apartments boast fully furnished kitchens. There are fine glass staircases that lead to a massive bedroom suite, the bed is certainly huge. Two bathrooms add convenience, one features a roll-top bath.

I had cocktails in the bar before dinner, the bar offers fantastic city views. The breakfast includes good coffee and there were some friendly staff members. Brunch in the "Register" restaurant added a luxurious touch before leaving.
