I must report that my check-in process was not smooth. i found it unnecessary and a bit humiliating as another couple checking in at the same time did not encountered the same request.

The doorman greeted us warmly upon arrival. Jo and Sam at the desk provided a lovely welcome. Their attentiveness. Our apartment was immaculate and well-styled.. it was comfortable. Staff members are the best.

The hotel did not offer much support during check in when it came to the elevator situation and how to best get to our room. While the location is amazing, this was a significant point of frustration.

Staff members are very helpful and considerate. The concierge assisted with dinner options. They also efficiently managed our luggage needs, offering storage while we explored the surroundings.

The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. A lovely bar is located upstairs. The hotel offers convenient proximity to Waverly station for rail travel and nearby shopping areas.
